"We always go to a different state for our anniversary. (It's our weird tradition.) We have been married for over 18 years so we've taken a lot of interesting trips." The Inland Empire (Where I used to live in Southern California): Carlos O'Brien's - Riverside: Friday through Monday nights, last time I heard. An okay place to go. It can be crowded and loud, though. Friday afternoons used to be my favorite time there but they got rid of karaoke in the afternoon-fooey!
Phoenix, Washington, Oregon and North Dakota: Silver Dollar Bar in West Fargo, ND-
Very friendly place! They had some great regulars who had a good time despite the fact that most of them couldn't sing (a bunch couldn't even carry a tune in a bucket!)
Karaoke Texas Style: Lubbock, Texas
50th Street Caboose - One of the best places I know of to do public karaoke here in Lubbock. It is a huge restaurant and bar so that if you don't want to hear karaoke, you can sit on the other side and be fine.
Karaoke in the Hawaii and the South Pacific: Karaoke Hut in Honolulu is both a karaoke studio and a karaoke bar. Great place for trying out new stuff. Kind of expensive to use the rooms, though. Young crowd but they didn't mind us "old folks" singing there.
